Vacuum Packaging Machines

Vacuum packaging buys shelf life: removing oxygen slows oxidation and aerobic spoilage, and collapsing the bag protects fragile or sharp products in transit. Choosing between the two configurations is a question of how the pack reaches the machine — by hand in batches, or on a belt inside a line.

The DZ-600/2S double-chamber machine is the flexible choice for batch operations and mixed products. The DZQ-600 continuous belt machine is for consistent packs at steady output where labour time per pack matters more than flexibility.

Which Model Fits Your Line?

Batch packing by hand points to a double-chamber machine; consistent packs inside an automated line point to the continuous belt machine.

Model Loading Output Chamber / belt Gas flush Best for
DZ-600/2S Two alternating chambers 2–4 cycles/min 2 × 600 mm chamber Optional Batch packing, mixed products
DZQ-600 Continuous belt 3–6 packs/min 600 mm seal bar Standard option In-line, steady output

Frequently Asked Questions

What buyers ask before they specify a machine in this range

Does vacuum packaging replace MAP?
No — they solve different problems. Vacuum removes the air and collapses the pack, which suits hard cheese, meat and hardware. MAP keeps the pack shape and replaces air with gas, which suits soft produce, bakery and coffee. Both machines can be supplied with gas flush.
Which bags do I need?
Vacuum bags need a barrier layer, typically PA/PE or PA/PE/EVOH. Standard PE bags will collapse and leak. For sharp products specify a co-extruded bag with a thicker inner layer.
Can I vacuum-pack powders?
Yes, with a longer vacuum time and, for fine powders, a suction-line filter. Powders hold a lot of air, so the bag may look loose after sealing — that is normal and does not indicate a leak.
