Custom Packaging Lines

Most of our customers eventually need more than a machine: they need a line. Weighing, filling, sealing, check-weighing, metal detection, labelling, case packing and palletising all have to agree on pitch, height, signal timing and product flow — and every extra supplier is another interface that can go wrong.

Our engineering team designs the layout, specifies the equipment, builds and tests the line in Shanghai, then commissions it on site. You get one contract, one FAT report and one number to call.

What a Turnkey Line Includes

Engineering, equipment, controls and commissioning under one contract

Line layout & simulation

We model your product flow, calculate cycle times and buffer sizes, and hand you a layout drawing with utility requirements before anything is built.

Controls & integration

One PLC architecture, one HMI philosophy, one set of I/O lists. We take responsibility for the handshakes between machines, whoever supplied them.

FAT before shipment

The complete line is assembled and run with your product in Shanghai. You approve cycle time and accuracy data before the container is loaded.

Commissioning & training

Our engineers install on site, train your operators and maintenance team, and stay until the line runs at the contracted rate.

Typical Line Configurations

Starting points we adapt to your product, bag and output

Line Configuration Typical output Product
Retail pouch line Bag-giving filler → checkweigher → metal detector → labeller → case packer 40–60 pouches/min Milk powder, coffee, spices
Bulk bagging line Net-weight bagger → sewing head → flattening conveyor → palletiser 6–12 bags/min Flour, starch, feed, fertilizer
Granule snack line Linear weigher → VFFS bagger → gas flush → case packer 30–55 packs/min Nuts, candy, frozen fries
Vacuum & MAP line Weighing → bag presentation → vacuum/MAP → metal detector → labeller 3–6 packs/min Meat, cheese, ready meals

Every line is quoted after a review of your product data, bag drawings and plant layout — the configurations above are reference points, not fixed products.

Frequently Asked Questions

What buyers ask before they specify a machine in this range

How long does a turnkey line project take?
Typically 12–20 weeks from signature to commissioning, depending on the number of custom parts. We run a factory acceptance test with your product before shipment and send you the video record even if you cannot attend.
Can you integrate machines we already own?
Usually yes. We design interfaces to existing weighers, sealers, case packers and conveyors, and we will tell you honestly if an existing machine cannot keep up with the new line.
What documentation is supplied?
Electrical and pneumatic drawings, PLC I/O lists, operation and maintenance manuals, CE declaration of conformity, spare-parts list with recommended stock, and a FAT report with cycle-time and accuracy data.

Not Sure Which Machine You Need?

Send us your product, bag and target output. We will recommend one model and quote a delivered price — no obligation.
