Bag-Giving Packaging Machines

Bag-giving machines fill and seal pre-made bags instead of forming a bag from roll film. You buy the bag from a converter, so print quality, barrier structure, zipper, spout and finish are decided by your brand team rather than by the limits of a film former — and a format change is a new bag order, not a new machine.

Our bag-giving range covers three practical cases: small retail pouches from 100 g to 2 kg on the MSA8 and MSA5 rotary platforms, and bulk 5–10 kg open-mouth bags on the MSW10, which handles the floppy non-woven bags used for flour, starch and feed.

Which Model Fits Your Line?

Match the machine to your bag and fill weight rather than to your current output — output is the easiest thing to scale later.

Model Bag format Fill range Speed Accuracy Best for
MSA8 Pre-made pouch / doypack 100–5000 g 25–60 bags/min ±0.5–1 g at 500 g Retail powder pouches, small granules
MSA5 Pouch / doypack / zipper 200–2000 g 20–45 pouches/min Head dependent Multi-SKU contract filling
MSW10 Non-woven / woven bag 5–10 kg 5–20 bags/min ±10 g at 10 kg Flour, starch, feed, chemical powder

Frequently Asked Questions

What buyers ask before they specify a machine in this range

Bag-giving or form-fill-seal — which is right for me?
Choose bag-giving when you want premium print, a zipper or spout, or several bag formats from one machine without buying film-forming tooling. Choose roll-film FFS when you pack one standard bag size in very high volume and want the lowest cost per pack.
Can I use bags from my local supplier?
Yes, and that is usually the reason customers choose bag-giving. Send us a bag sample before ordering so we can confirm seal-bar width, gusset depth and film structure against the machine.
What is the usual lead time for a spare bag magazine?
Magazines and format kits are made to your bag drawing in 2–3 weeks and ship from stock components, so adding a second format later does not mean a second machine.
