We build packaging machinery for powder and granule products — and nothing else. That focus is deliberate: twenty years of solving the same material problems means our auger screws, weighing hoppers and bag-handling stations are tuned for dusty, aerated, free-flowing and difficult products rather than adapted from a general-purpose platform.

The range is organised into five categories. Three cover the way the product is dosed — bag-giving, powder filling and granule weighing. One covers shelf life. The last covers the case where you need several of them, plus conveying, check-weighing and case packing, engineered as a single line.

Every machine is assembled and tested in Shanghai before shipment. Our portfolio includes 5 invention patents and 21 utility model patents, developed with USTC, SJTU and HFUT, and our equipment runs in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and agricultural plants across Europe, the Americas, Africa, Russia and the Middle East.

Buying packaging machinery from China — the practical questions

How do I choose between the five categories?
Start from the product, not the machine. Powder that flows freely goes to powder filling; irregular pieces go to granule weighing; anything already in a pre-made bag or pouch goes to bag-giving; shelf-life requirements add vacuum; and anything that needs several machines working together becomes a custom line.
Do you supply a machine for one bag size only, or can it change format?
Every machine is supplied with one format kit, and additional formats are available as kits. Rotary bag-giving machines such as the MSA8 store each format as an HMI recipe, so changeover is a tool change plus a button press — typically under 15 minutes.
What certificates and voltages do you ship with?
CE is standard. For North America we supply a UL/CSA electrical package, and we build for 380 V three-phase, 220 V single-phase or 440 V / 60 Hz as required. Documentation ships in English; other languages on request.
Can I see the machine running before I buy?
Yes. We run a factory acceptance test with your own product in Shanghai and send you the video and weight data. Customers are welcome to attend in person — we will arrange the factory visit and a local hotel.
What is the warranty and spare-parts policy?
Twelve months from commissioning on mechanical and electrical components, excluding wear parts. A recommended spare-parts kit ships with every machine, and standard items such as cylinders, load cells and seal bars are available from stock for the life of the model.
